Skill Up Arizona is a collaboration of advocates from industry, education, and the public workforce system. We work together to shape the future of precision manufacturing, positively impacting the lives of those seeking professional, self-sustaining careers.

We actively engage with secondary and post-secondary educational institutions to raise awareness about our programs and their benefits for candidates and employers.

Outreach

We collaborate with organizations serving veterans, disadvantaged, and underserved populations to identify potential apprenticeship candidates.

Placement

We screen and place apprentice candidates with companies that can employ, mentor, and grow them into industry professionals.

Education

We provide a structured, credentialed program to educate and certify candidates in the craft of their choice.

Financial Assistance

We offer financial assistance to reduce the burden of the apprenticeship process for both apprentices and employers.
